Despite being bone-tired from hitting as much shows as I could the past few days, I managed to trudge into the TIBI show early yesterday morning only to be pleasantly awakened by the upbeat remixes of The Beatles’ Penny Lane. I was then greeted with a rush of monochromatic prints and liquid silhouettes as I was introduced to autumn, according to Amy Smilovic:

… to a range of dimensional chiffon and silk that worked very well as constructed pleats and fluid tiers…

TIBI covered a palette of monochromatic color that showcased its fun-loving nature by presenting bubbly silhouettes, proving that the beginning of fall doesn’t signal the end of soft femininity.
