I’ve been a bit underwhelmed with the collections thus far, so I was pleasantly surprised with the prairie chic turn that the Fall 2007 Twinkle by Wenlan collection has taken. Though a great knit sweater never truly goes out of style, it’s been sorely underappreciated by our current obsession with slim bottoms and sharply cut tops. As a result, Wenlan Chia decided to contribute to fall fashion by highlighting flouncy skirts, ruched waists, and frothy cable knits in a luscious berry, understated gray, and soft cream tones.

The sweater dress has apparently resurfaced in a major way, embellished by Equadorian knit and frontier patterns.
