Thanks to Angel for putting us onto this…
I was at the library the other day, looking for The Fashion and Costume dictionary, when I stumbled upon this gem of a book called “Black Style”. I remembered reading a spread about this book in TRACE magazine a while back, but had never gotten the chance to read the actual book. This book is a fab read, not too heavy, with great visuals. It’s definately inspiring some future stories!

Now the Museum of the City of New York is paying homage to the street and screen style that has become an indelible part of New York City’s history. Check it!
